The pricing is for 12 People. $10 extra per person per night for each additional guest. Our place is nestled in the backcountry on the east side of Zion National Park. Due to the higher elevation, it is cooler in the Summer than on the west side of Zion, which makes for a more enjoyable environment after a long hike or canyoneering trip. Relax in the hot tub, stargaze from balconies, whip up a great meal in the gourmet kitchen, grill your dinner on the balcony, or hike nearby secluded trails that overlook Zion National Park. (Observation Point, Cable Mountain, Deer Trap). Our house is walking distance Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, offering once-in-a-lifetime' experiences that won't be found anywhere else in the region. No fees: Game Barn with games and activities, pickleball, tennis, basketball, lawn games, and hiking map. Beyond its great location, Steve and Deb's Retreat is a large home that can accommodate up to 27 people. It has 6,000 square feet of luxury living with an additional 1,000 square feet of decks and balconies on 2 acres of canyon ridge property.
